The Fisher Real Estate Society (FRES) is a student organization created to promote careers in the real estate industry and foster academic programming at Fisher. The undergraduate chapter seeks to provide Ohio State students interested in a career in real estate with educational and professional development opportunities in all aspects of the industry. FRES uses action-based learning, including conferences, treks and case competitions in addition to classroom instruction, to further students' knowledge and understanding of real estate fundamentals.

FRES members are given first access to real estate job and internship opportunities that come to the Center's attention and preference towards $35,000 in real estate scholarships that are awarded on an annual basis. All students at The Ohio State University are eligible to join FRES.
